Esmech Equipment Board comprises a highly experienced team drawn from HB Esmech and SMS Siemag AG. The day to day management is carried out by Mr. Suresh Joshi (Chairman) and Mr. Vijay Joshi (Managing Director), while the SMS Siemag AG representatives on the board bring with them the necessary strategic, managerial, technological and financial inputs and support.

Mr. Suresh Joshi is the founder of Esmech. He has over 45 years of experience in the Rolling Mills industry, of which around 20 years has been in Rolling Mill operations and 25 years in the arena of manufacturing of equipment. His knowledge of design and operational aspects provides invaluable inputs to the design of our equipment.

He has over 45 years of experience in the Rolling Mills industry, of which around 20 years has been in Rolling Mill operations and 25 years in the arena of manufacturing of equipment. His knowledge of design and operational aspects provides invaluable inputs to the design of our equipment.

Mr. Vijay Joshi has around 15 years of cross industry experience, from cement plants, information technology, to Rolling Mill Equipment design and manufacturing.

Mr. Ruediger Holz - SMS Siemag representative on the Board
Mr. Holz is responsible for all Cold Rolling Business in SMS Siemag, and has over 24 years of experience in this field, Mr. Holz has made key contributions at SMS Siemag to Cold Rolling Mill Technology
Mr. Olaf Stalfort - SMS Siemag representative on the Board
Mr. Stalfort is co-responsible for Strip Process Business at SMS Siemag AG, and has a special responsibility for SMS Siemag business in China. Mr. Stalfort brings with him over 17 years of experience in the field.
Mr. Joachim Piepers - SMS Siemag representative on the Board
Mr. Piepers is responsible for Financial Controlling at SMS Siemag AG. He has a rich 32 years experience in the field. His financial skills are an invaluable help for Esmech in its development.
