VENTURE AGREEMENT IS ANNOUNCED BY METFORM INTERNATIONAL
AND HB ESMECH

Esmech Pvt. Ltd. and Metform International
Limited have announced their Strategic Alliance
on February 2, 2007, which will allow both
companies to offer customers a wider range
of equipment and services.
Both companies enjoy well-established reputations
in the marketplace and both were seeking
a way to broaden the scope of their product
lines as well as their market bases. Metform
was also eager to provide more local manufacturing,
service and support to companies in India.
Esmech will, in turn, have access to Metform's
Roll Forming technology.
Metform
International Ltd. is located in Mississauga,
Ontario, Canada. For 39 years it has been
serving world markets with its range of
heavy gauge coil processing equipment including
roll forming lines, roll form tooling, cut-to-length
lines, slitting and blanking lines plus
a wide range of ancillary equipment.
Both organizations bring considerable metal
processing experience to the table and expect
that the benefits that accrue to their customers
with this joint venture will give them greater
opportunities for growth in an increasingly
competitive world market.

FORD
INDIA places Automotive Blanking Line order on
HB Esmech
Ford India has placed its prestigious order for an Automotive Blanking Line on HB Esmech. The Line will be a state-of-the-art plant, capable of producing blanks for inner bodies as well as the outer skin panels. The maximum blank size shall be 2000 mm x 4000 mm. The Line is scheduled to be commissioned in June 2007.
GPT orders a 600 metres per minute Electrolytic Cleaning Line on HB Esmech
HB Esmech has secured the order for a 600 meters per minute Electrolytic Cleaning Line for M/s GPT's Tinplating plant complex. The Line shall be capable of processing 275,000 MT/annum of steel at a reference size of 0.30 x 1050 mm. The Line is expected to be commissioned by September 2007.
HB Esmech enters Nigeria !
HB Esmech added Nigeria to its large worldwide installations with the order of a Continuous Galvanizing Line and 2 Cut-to-Length Lines at M/s Aarti Steel Nigeria Limited.
HB Esmech starts Phase 2 of expansion at its Wada Facility
Activity on the second phase of expansion at HB Esmech's Wada facility was started in May 2006. The expansion involves addition of shopfloor space, state-of-Art equipment and capability to handle 100 MT loads. The total shopfloor space on completion of this phase shall be 40,000 sq. ft. The new expansion is part of HB Esmech's plans to manufacture Cold Reduction Mills.
