 Manufacturing Facility
HB Esmech has its manufacturing facility located in
a premier industrial estate in Thane, just on the
outskirts of Mumbai (Bombay). This facility includes
3800 sq.m. of assembly and machine shop, and 650 sq.m.
of office space and utilities. The facility is equipped
with cranes, sophisticated machinery, measuring instruments
etc.
HB
Esmech has a well equipped machine shop. All
the critical manufacturing is carried out in-house,
under the careful supervision of highly experienced
engineers.
Additional manufacturing facility is being installed
in the Industrial Zone of Wada, District Thane, Maharastra
which is about 65 km from the existing facility. This
new facility will be equiped to handle heavy machineries
& is scheduled to go into production during the
year 2004.
Design Team
The HB Esmech design team is headed by
engineers with over 25 years experience in the design
of such equipment. The designs incorporate considerable
amount of user experience systematically gathered
over two decades of experience.
All designs are carried out on CAD stations.
HB Esmech equipment is therefore highly productive,
very user friendly and extremely efficient and accurate
in its operation and has negligable break-down maintenance
and high uptime.

Assembly
Section
The assembly section has highly experienced engineers
and skilled workmen, who ensure the very high quality
of equipment manufactured.
The equipment is tested at all stages of manufacturing
for conformance to strict quality assurance norms.
Quality Assurance
HB Esmech has developed an elaborate Quality Assurance
Plan and employs a well qualified and experienced
team for inspection.
Erection,
Commissioning and Field Services
HB Esmech employs a team of highly skilled and
experienced Engineers and Technicians for the field
services within the country and abroad.
