Management Team
Esmech Equipment Board comprises a highly experienced team drawn from HB Esmech and SMS Group GmbH. The day to day management is carried out by Mr. Suresh Joshi (Chairman) and Mr. Vijay Joshi (Managing Director), while the SMS Group GmbH representatives on the board bring with them the necessary strategic, managerial, technological and financial inputs and support.

Mr. Suresh Joshi is the founder of Esmech. He has over 48 years of experience in the Rolling Mills industry, of which around 20 years has been in Rolling Mill operations and 28 years in the area of manufacturing of equipment. His knowledge of design and operational aspects provides invaluable inputs to the design of our equipment.

Mr. Vijay Joshi has around 18 years of cross industry experience, from cement plants, information technology, to Rolling Mill Equipment design and manufacturing.
Dr. Holger Behrens

Dr. Behrens is the Executive Vice President of SMS Group – Strip Process Line Division, which operates from Hilden, Germany. He is highly experienced in the Strip Process Line business, and has been responsible for the execution of many technically challenging projects for the processing of high end products.
