Mr. Suresh Joshi is the founder of Esmech. He has over 48 years of experience in the Rolling Mills industry, of which around 20 years has been in Rolling Mill operations and 28 years in the area of manufacturing of equipment. His knowledge of design and operational aspects provides invaluable inputs to the design of our equipment.

Mr. Vijay Joshi B.E. (Mechanical), PGDM (IIM Ahmadabad) Managing Director

Mr. Vijay Joshi has around 18 years of cross industry experience, from cement plants, information technology, to Rolling Mill Equipment design and manufacturing.

Mr. Stephan Krämer

Mr. Stephan Krämer is the Executive Vice President of SMS Group – Rolling Mill Division, which operates from Hilchenbach, Germany. He has many years of experience in Rolling Mill Technology at SMS group. In his long career, he has been a key member of the Rolling Mill department and has a high degree ot contribution to the clear world leadership position of SMS group in the Rolling Mill business.

Dr. Holger Behrens - SMS Group representative on the Board

Dr. Behrens is the Executive Vice President of SMS Group – Strip Process Line Division, which operates from Hilden, Germany. He is highly experienced in the Strip Process Line business, and has been responsible for the execution of many technically challenging projects for the processing of high end products.

Mr. S. Ravishankar Sankaran

Mr. Ravi Shankar Sankaran is a Chartered Accountant with extensive industrial experience of over 35 years. He had been a CFO and Director of a European multinational company for over 24 years. His expertise encompasses areas such as due diligence, valuation of companies, setting up of new offices, manufacturing plants, factories, workshops, integration of accounts with other overseas offices and entities to global accounting standards and has a perspective of the taxation laws prevalent in various countries globally.
