ESMECH EQUIPMENT Pvt. Ltd. sign contract for their Third Twin Stand Reversing Cold Rolling Mill in Vietnam

Esmech Equipment Pvt. Ltd., a Joint Venture Company of SMS Group, Germany, have signed the contract for the supply of a Cold Rolling Mill Complex with My Viet, Vietnam.
My Viet is a new entrant to the field of flat rolled steel strips in Vietnam. The complex will be installed in North Vietnam near Hanoi and comprises of Push Pull Pickling Line and Twin Stand CVC plus Reversing Cold Rolling Mill. The plant is scheduled to be commissioned in the last quarter of 2017.
The State of Art Twin Stand Reversing mill, the third from Esmech to Vietnam, will incorporate special features like CVC plus, Automatic Flatness Control System with Selecto-spray, Inter-active Mathematical Module for the calculations of Roll Pass Schedules, +ve and –ve Roll Bending for both, Work Rolls and Intermediate Rolls, Auto Coil Loading and Unloading, Level II automation etc.
The first CCM from Esmech is under installation at Nam Kim in their plant in South Vietnam and is scheduled to be commissioned by end 2016.
The second CCM from Esmech is for Hoa Sen Group for their plant in Central Vietnam and is scheduled to be commissioned by Mid 2017.
Apart from this, Esmech already have two single stand Reversing Cold Rolling mills in operation in Vietnam, one each with Nam Kim and Hoa Sen group and one more RCM is under manufacture for Nam Kim, scheduled to be commissioned in Mid. 2017.
With the commissioning of all these mills, Esmech will have installed a capacity of about 2.0 million tones of Cold Rolling in Vietnam alone.
